I was wondering if Boeing 787 is comfortable during long flights.
At 9-abreast the seating is like today’s 737′s and at an 8 or 12 hour flight, would people fly them or avoid them?

Try the 787 more relating to a 767th . . A 6 737 seats across. . . The Dreamliner is supposed to be the most comfortable plane ever built. . . now i do not understand what makes you think anybody would know personally because NOBODY has ever ridden in one to tell from personal experience. . . so just go to the Boeing website and read what all is going into the thing and decide for yourself if it’s going to be comfortable. . .
The 737 is a narrow body aircraft, and the 787 is a widebody. The 787 with its composite skin Allows the pressurized fuselage to be Substantially more than any other passenger airplane out there so this will make it more comfortable. The interior configuration is up to the airlines that buy it.
Should be very comfy seat but if you’re in I would recommend having sleeping pills available.
Its nothing like the 737th . . The 737 is six abreast. . . but anyway, it will be the most comfortable commercial airliner when it enters service sometime next year. . .
good ride
Boeing has spent a lot of time in the cabin this time. Lights that help your internal clock, prevent jetlag, cleaner fresher air more source etc. Although it’s down to the airlines Which configurations they pick.
Well this is difficult to answer, since the 787 is not yet in service, and nobody has flown into it to tell if it’s comfortable or not. I suspect, as always, the first class will be very comfortable and of course economy will be just like other economy seats. . . too close together!
