I have a hosting account with GoDaddy and I have reached the limit of 25 SQL installations. Is there any way that I have the same hosting service without an upgrade install and use more SQLs in other ways?

I have developed an application that runs with Oracle Form 5 and Oracle 8i database. Now I need an upgrade or migration to Oracle 9iDs either on Oracle 9i database and Oracle 10g database. We ask you to support you on the system, both software and hardware. And the manpower or technical reqiurement.
