Turkish Airlines, Pegasus and Atlasjet don’t seem to offer decent priced flights from Eastern/Western Europe into Instanbul. Are there are other carriers that have discount flights? Thanks.

I have a pet bird and am flying on Delta airlines tomorrow. Can I fly the bird with me, or can I have it checked in as cargo in it’s cage? I’m flying out tomorrow morning, so any helpful information before then will get 10 points!!!
