Im wanting to film outside away from any power source. This would require lighting, camera power, ect. Follow up question is can portable gas generators power like a car battery and I could use that power for a few hours. This answer would allow me to buy what i need and commence filming.

I just saw that a 30 year fixed mortgage is 6.07% and a 5/1 ARM is 5.91%. What are the reasons why these rates differ by nearly .2%?
